The Uttarakhand High Court is the highest judicial authority in the state of Uttarakhand, India. It was established on 9th November 2000, coinciding with the creation of the state of Uttarakhand, which was carved out of Uttar Pradesh under the Uttar Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2000. With its establishment, the Uttarakhand High Court became the 18th High Court in India.
The Kerala High Court is the highest court in the Indian state of Kerala and the Union Territory of Lakshadweep. Situated in Ernakulam, Kochi, the court is in charge of Justice administration in the above mentioned vicinity. The courts jurisdiction was to hear civil and criminal matters, appeals, writ petitions and all matters as legislation gives jurisdiction under the Constitution and law.
